Recently, the MIHE-SNCR intelligent and efficient denitrification system independently developed by our company successfully won new orders for ultra-low emission transformation of three cement projects in Xinjiang. This is an example of the high-performance denitrification system being recognized by high-end owners again after the successful practice of multiple projects since the MIHE-SNCR efficient denitrification system was put into operation in 2019. This technology has won the recognition and trust of customers with its denitrification efficiency of more than 90% and stable control of the ultra-low emission standard of NOx within 50mg/Nm3, and denitrification ammonia consumption of less than 3.5kg/t-cli.
After nearly ten years of technical research and development and more than four years of project practice, the intelligent and efficient denitrification (MIHE-SNCR) technology with independent intellectual property rights has been perfected. In many projects, this technology has shown excellent operating results, which is not only significantly lower than the NOx emissions and ammonia consumption required by the newly promulgated draft of the state, but also its performance indicators have surpassed domestic and foreign counterparts.
MIHE-SNCR Denitrification technology has the following technical advantages:
1. Achieve non-catalytic denitrification efficiency of more than 90%, up to 95%.
2. The denitrification efficiency in cement plants is equal to or greater than the comprehensive denitrification efficiency of ordinary SNCR+SCR.
3. Under the same emission index, the amount of ammonia water is lower.
4. The NOx emission index reaches or even exceeds the SCR emission index.
5. NOx emissions can be stably controlled below 50mg.
6. The investment cost is lower than that of SCR denitrification technology.
