SCR Denitrification technology

SCR denitrification is widely used in power plants, steel plants, glass plants and waste treatment plants. In recent years, it has also begun to be used in cement plants.

Before the flue gas enters the SCR denitrification reactor, it should be fully mixed with ammonia to ensure that the denitrification reaction in the reactor can be carried out efficiently. To achieve a better mixing effect, a mixer can be installed in the front pipe of the reactor.

Mikkelly's SCR denitrification has strong temperature adaptability and can achieve a denitrification efficiency of more than 98% between 150-450°C. Both NOx emissions and ammonia escape meet the national ultra-low emission requirements.
