SNCR denitrification technology is commonly used in power plants, cement plants, waste incineration plants, steel mill heating furnaces and other fields. The reaction window temperature with the best denitrification efficiency is 900-1100°C

In addition to temperature, a reasonable particle size distribution is particularly important to ensure that the reaction reaches the best state. The spray particle size and spray penetration must be large enough to ensure that it can penetrate into the flue gas while ensuring that the droplets can be completely evaporated. The reducing agent should be evenly distributed in the flue gas as much as possible and fully mixed with the flue gas.

In addition to optimizing the mechanical and process parts, the high-efficiency SNCR denitrification system has also made significant improvements in intelligent control. Using a patented spray gun, the furnace temperature can be measured in real time while spraying, and the denitrification system can be automatically controlled according to the furnace temperature.

Intelligent control software with independent intellectual property rights intelligently controls the denitrification system according to the furnace temperature, kiln system operating parameters and flue gas parameters to achieve NOx emissions less than 50mg.
