Introduction to Spray Dust Reduction Technology for Circular Stacker-Reclaimer

》Circular stacker reclaimer process flow

The material falls into the central column hopper of the circular pile along the feed belt, and then is evenly discharged along the circumferential direction through the distribution belt. The material will stir up dust at the discharge port and the material pile during the falling process. The dust at each drop point can be suppressed by installing micro-mist nozzles.

》Dust reduction technology solutions

The patented rotating device delivers high-pressure water to the circular stacker-reclaimer through the central column of the circular stacker-reclaimer. A spray device is installed at dust-generating points such as the material belt discharge port and the material feed belt discharge port. A certain number of atomizing nozzles are configured. The spray direction of the atomizing nozzle is consistent with the material falling direction to prevent dust from being stirred up during the material falling process and sliding on the material pile. The atomizing device rotates around the central column with the circular stacker-reclaimer.
